ABOUT KAT
Kat was not brought up in the consulting world. Before Clarity Forward, she was working full-time managing teams, resolving personnel issues, and leading strategic initiatives as a member of executive and management teams. She knows first-hand the challenge of facing very real, high-stakes questions every day about funding, people, and priorities.
To date, her efforts have helped organizations obtain and execute on more than $60 million in grants and contracts, and has led dozens of major change initiatives related to program delivery, strategic plan implementation, and core functions infrastructure like accounting, HR, and IT operations.
Kat is a practicing Agile professional and has been a Certified Scrum Product Owner by the Scrum Alliance since 2015. She serves on the board of Project Ropa and lives in Los Angeles with her husband, two dogs, one kitten, and way too many bookshelves.
